(“Lantech”, “Us”, “We”, “Our” or related terms) its subsidiaries and affiliates collect, use, share and safeguard via (the “Website”) and Lantech’s Asset Management Software or any other service that is owned by Lantech (the “Service”) . By using the Website and/or the Service, Customer agrees with and consents to this Privacy Policy. The Website may contain links to third party websites to which this Privacy Policy does not apply. If Customer chooses to access any such website, Lantech recommends that Customer review the third-party providers’ own privacy policies. The customer is responsible to read and understand all terms under this policy and address any questions to the contact information provided within. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service.


Customer may be required to provide Lantech with contact information (such as but not limited to name, telephone number, payment information, billing and email address that Lantech will use to contact Customer regarding products or services advertised or offered via the Website that Customer has expressed an interest in procuring). In certain instances, Customer may also be required to provide financial information to Lantech via the Website or the Service, for billing purposes or to fill Customer’s orders.

The Website and the Service will collect Personal Information that Customer willingly and voluntarily provides, as well as general information about Customer, such as Customer’s language selection, pages visited, current and past Website activities and certain technical information regarding Customer’s computer and operating systems. If Customer accesses a password-protected portion of the Website or the Service, the Website or the Service will recognize Customer and further collect all information that Customer submits therein including any asset data submissions.

Lantech reserves the right to disclose Customer’s Personal Information: (i) if Lantech believes it is necessary to do so in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of this Website's or Service’s Terms of Service or as otherwise required by law; (ii) when Lantech believes that disclosure is necessary to protect its legal rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on Lantech; (iii) to companies working on behalf of or with Lantech to provide the products or services requested by Customer, who are subject to confidentiality agreements and do not have any independent or legal right to share Customer’s Personal Information; or (iv) with Customer’s permission. Lantech will retain Personal Information we process on behalf of our customers for as long as needed to provide Service to our Customers, subject to our compliance with this Policy.
